1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the digital product "The 200-Hour Method" (the "Product") by Jérémy LAURENT, sole trader (micro-entreprise), 6 Route des Masures, 14260 Bonnemaison, France (RCS Caen 104 680 897) (the "Seller") to any person making a purchase on the site (the "Customer").
2. Product
The Product is a 100% written digital guide (downloadable), made of 6 modules, action workbooks and bonuses. It is a program of social skills and taking action. It is not a health service or therapy, and does not replace the advice of a health professional.
3. Price
The price is shown on the sales page, in euros. A launch offer at €57 is available to the first 100 buyers, after which the price is €97. Payment is one-time (no subscription). Any applicable taxes are calculated and applied at checkout depending on the Customer's country, where relevant by the payment provider.
4. Order and payment
Payment is made online via our provider Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC, Merchant of Record), using the means offered at the time of purchase. The order is confirmed once payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
As the Product is digital, it is delivered immediately after payment confirmation, by email, as a download link. Access is granted for life, updates included. In case of a delivery problem, the Customer contacts contact@method200.com.
6. Right of withdrawal and digital content
In accordance with the rules applicable to digital content supplied immediately, the Customer acknowledges that, by requesting immediate access to the Product, they consent to its immediate supply and waive their legal 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started, in accordance with article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code.
7. 30-day money-back guarantee
Independently of the above, the Seller voluntarily offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if, after genuinely doing the exercises, the Customer feels the Product did not help them begin a connection, they may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, by writing to contact@method200.com. The refund is processed within 14 days.
8. Intellectual property
The Product is protected by copyright. The purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right of use. Any unauthorized resale, sharing, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. Liability
The Seller commits to the quality of the content but does not guarantee an individual result, as friendship depends on many personal factors. The Product is not medical or psychological advice. In case of distress, the Customer is invited to consult a health professional.
10. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first (contact: contact@method200.com). In accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge; the contact details of the mediator appointed by the Seller are available on request. The Customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
